Exterior Update

This house used to be an outdated tan color in desperate need of a facelift. My clients didn’t want their home to look like every other “gray” home on the block so to calm down the red break yet still update the exterior, I selected a gorgeous navy blue with a creamy white trim. We updated the front door adding sidelights along with an exterior lighting update. A tongue and groove pine soffit as well as a garage door update had this house feeling brand new and a showstopper in the neighborhood.
